Interviewer: What advice you would give to men and women who currently work in the Orion spacecraft, the Ares launch vehicles and Mo ; Altair lunar module?
Charles Murray: (...) I do not give any advice atreveríaa. But if President Obama wants to know how to revive the space program again, I have some advice for him: dismantle NASA. Shoot down all schools. Identify a couple of hundred people in the Marshall obsessed with rockets, and keep them. Choose a forty-five of the Langley and Lewis, half of them crazy dspace, and half people that their supervisors are out of the way they want. Give them a misióny a lot of money, and leave. And then, when President Obama tell me I'm crazy, I point out that just describe how it was formed the Space Task Group in 1958. Eleven years later we were on the moon.
